Biography
Alan Fleming FCSI is a Senior Investment Manager with JM Finn. After several years working within the Chartered Accountancy and Chartered Secretary & Administrators environment, Alan's City career started with R M McKean & Co. in 1984 now part of Charles Stanley. Prior to joining JM Finn in 2003, he was an Equity Partner of Nicholson Barber & Co. Stockbrokers and a Director of certain associated companies. Following the amalgamation of Nicholson Barber and BWD Rensburg Investment Management (now Investec) in 1999, he was appointed a Senior Investment Director. He is a former regional president of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) of which he is a Chartered Fellow. Alan lives in the East of England with his family and when time permits, his outside interests are many and varied but primarily relate to Boating (Department of Transport qualified), Motorcycling, Photography and Clay/Target shooting.
