Biography
After nearly 10 years in the British Army serving with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, Jonathan started his career in the City at Raphael Zorn Hemsley in 1993. He was subsequently head hunted to join Matheson Investment Management in 1998 and after various takeovers, ended up at Investec, before moving to JM Finn in 2020.
Jonathan has been managing private client portfolios for over 25 years, including trusts, pensions and small charities. He has acted as trustee and executor for clients and places great importance in getting to know clients to understand their needs and attitude to risk.
He lives in Suffolk and is married with three children and when not working, he enjoys playing tennis rather badly and beekeeping. He also runs the annual village quiz night in support of the local playground.
