Biography
Sam is a Senior Investment Manager at JM Finn, primarily managing portfolios for charities but also for some private clients and their SIPPs. Sam has a degree in economics from Newcastle University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, holding its Diploma. Sam regularly contributes to the investment and asset allocation meetings as well as Prospects, the firm's Quarterly Investment Letter. Sam joined JM Finn in 2006 from HSBC Investments (formerly James Capel & Co) where he became fully qualified as an investment manager having joined as a graduate trainee in 2001.
