Our annual investment conference was this year held at the Royal Institution in Albermarle Street, which proved an ideal venue for the 200+ attendees to hear some insightful presentations from a variety of speakers.
Our speakers, introduced by CEO Steven Sussmanand compered by Brian Tora, included two JM Finn investment managers giving their view of current markets and Neil Mackinnon, an economic strategist (who has penned a number of articles for this publication) on the investment side. This was followed by Anna Murdock reviewing the latest pension reforms and doing her best to make them interesting, and our keynote speaker was Kwasi Kwarteng, MP who gave some interesting insights into the corridors of power.
