JM Finn is very proud to announce success in two award categories at the 2024 City of London Wealth Management Awards. Lucy Coutts, Investment Director and Head of the York office at JM Finn, has been named Wealth Manager of the Year, following a previous win in 2019. The Charity Investment team has also won Best Charity Investment Service after taking the award in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The prestigious City of London Wealth Management Awards recognise excellence in the wealth management industry. The Wealth Manager of the Year and Best Charity Investment Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the best UK wealth managers who have demonstrated exceptional client service, investment performance, and contribution to the industry as a whole.
Led by Mark Powell, JM Finn’s Charity Investment team manage £525 million on behalf a range of charities. Since the inception of the Charities team 19 years ago, it has developed into one of JM Finn’s largest teams, not just in terms of assets under management, but also in terms of revenue, maintaining existing relationships and asset growth.

Based in JM Finn's York office, Lucy Coutts has over 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry. She leads a team of investment professionals who provide tailored investment management solutions to private clients, charities, and trusts. Lucy is also a regular media commentator, with frequent appearances on BBC Radio 4 & 5 for their Wake up to Money and Today programmes as well as on Sky News’ Ian King Live. Under her guidance, the York office has experienced significant growth and earned a reputation for excellence.
