The Sudbury Cricket Club celebrated its 225th year in 2012, having been formed in 1787. The club is an important part of the community in Sudbury, currently running five senior men’s’ teams, a ladies team, and a junior team.
Since 1891, the club’s home has been in a compact ground in Friars Street – in close proximity to Sudbury town centre. Its location guarantees a regular stream of spectators, from serious cricket enthusiasts to shoppers passing by.
JM Finn & Co is delighted to be supporting the annual Sudbury Cricket Week which begins on Monday 27th July by sponsoring the match against the Olicanian Striders.
