These pages are designed to help you understand how you can deliver good client outcomes, reduce harm and uphold the principles of the Duty’s higher expectations of client standards of care.

Our work in support of the Duty is perpetual and open-ended.

Detailed below are some of the regulatory obligations we have satisfied to ensure we comply with regulatory requirements:

  • We have set out the target market for each of our products and services so it is clear who they are designed for and the financial advisers we work with can ensure our clients get the right products and services to meet their needs
  • We have carried out initial fair value assessments of our products and services to confirm that the price is reasonable given the benefits our clients can expect to receive
  • We regularly review our products and services to ensure they continue to provide good outcomes, represent fair value and are sold to the right clients
